{"id":47,"date":"2016-12-21T22:11:47","date_gmt":"2016-12-21T20:11:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ccirj.ro\/?page_id=47"},"modified":"2017-01-06T11:18:15","modified_gmt":"2017-01-06T09:18:15","slug":"regului-de-conduita","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ccirj.ro\/gb\/membrii\/regului-de-conduita\/","title":{"rendered":"Rules of conduct"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Under the auspices of\u00a0the law\u00a0governing the\u00a0organization and functionality of the chamber system, Law\u00a0335\/2007,\u00a0and\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with the\u00a0Statute\u00a0of Romanian Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIRJ),\u00a0CCIRJ\u00a0provides to its members, rights and obligations.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Romanian Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry members can be:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Patent Members<\/strong>,\u00a0a category\u00a0of legal entity whose legal statute\u00a0was recognized\u00a0by the Government\u00a0decision\u00a0issued\u00a0under\u00a0Decree.\u00a0Law\u00a0no.\u00a0139\u00a0\\\u00a01990 on\u00a0Chambers of Commerce and\u00a0Industry\u00a0of\u00a0Romania<\/li>\n<li><strong>Associate members<\/strong>,\u00a0a category\u00a0of\u00a0legal\u00a0entity\u00a0registered in the Register of Associations\u00a0and Foundations\u00a0and\u00a0Patronage\u00a0register<\/li>\n<li><strong>Honorary Members<\/strong>,\u00a0a category\u00a0of\u00a0individuals,\u00a0public national or international figures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Legal entities may\u00a0obtain\u00a0membership\u00a0certificate by fulfilling the conduct rules.<br \/>\nThe application\u00a0must be approved\u00a0by the College\u00a0Board, in the first session after registration.\u00a0Declining the application\u00a0may be appealed\u00a0within 30\u00a0days from the notice. The\u00a0appeal\u00a0is being pronounced on the first session of General\u00a0Board.<br \/>\nHonorary members\u00a0can\u00a0get\u00a0this quality\u00a0based on the written proposal\u00a0made by a member of The National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.<br \/>\nPatent Members\u00a0and Associate Members are required to\u00a0pay\u00a0fees\u00a0in\u00a0the first quarter\u00a0of current year.\u00a0Exceeding this deadline is being followed by penalties, according with the Statute of CCIRJ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can\u00a0become a member of\u00a0the Association\u00a0any person who:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>recognizes\u00a0its statute<\/li>\n<li>carries out\u00a0a direct\u00a0economic activity\u00a0in Romania\u00a0or\u00a0Japan<\/li>\n<li>pays\u00a0established taxes\u00a0and\u00a0fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Members of the Association\u00a0have\u00a0the following rights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to attend the\u00a0General\u00a0Assembly\u00a0having the right to vote<\/li>\n<li>to participate to all the\u00a0activities that are being organized\u00a0by CCIRJ<\/li>\n<li>to\u00a0benefit of all services provided by CCIRJ<\/li>\n<li>to participate to all\u00a0courses,\u00a0conferences\u00a0and\u00a0other\u00a0events organized\u00a0by CCIRJ\u00a0for\u00a0training and professional development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CCIRJ members have the following duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to respect the Statute of CCIRJ and all the decisions of the General Board<\/li>\n<li>to develop its activities in accordance with the Law and commercial usage, avoiding any act of unfair competition<\/li>\n<li>to support all the activities of CCIRJ<\/li>\n<li>to pay the establishes fees and taxes<\/li>\n<li>to participate directly or by a representative to all CCIRJ actions and General Assembly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The quality of membership is being suspended in the following cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>when the member is during liquidation<\/li>\n<li>when the member is being proved to be guilty in a criminal case that makes him to be unworthy<\/li>\n<li>when the legal entity is dissolved, in the case individual entity when the quality of economic agent \u00a0stops or\u00a0 in case of death<\/li>\n<li>at his request, after fulfilling\u00a0 all duties and obligations as CCIRJ\u2019s member<\/li>\n<li>through exclusion, based on a solid reason, at the proposal of 1\/3 members of the General Board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exclusion may be a consequence of the following situations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>serious violations of statutes, regulations or decisions of the Board and the General Assembly of CCIRJ<\/li>\n<li>non paying annual membership dues<\/li>\n<li>the existence of\u00a0 interests that are in conflict with CCIRJ<\/li>\n<li>bringing\u00a0 damage to the image of CCIRJ<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For\u00a0extra details\u00a0and\u00a0questions please contact us to:\u00a0<u>office@ccirj<\/u>.ro\u00a0or by \u00a0phone:\u00a0+4 021 346 72 43[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Under the auspices of\u00a0the law\u00a0governing the\u00a0organization and functionality of the chamber system, Law\u00a0335\/2007,\u00a0and\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with the\u00a0Statute\u00a0of Romanian Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIRJ),\u00a0CCIRJ\u00a0provides to its members, rights and obligations.
