Prime industrial production facility for sale in Arad
The facility is located on a 2.62 ha land plot and reached a total built area of 10,170 square meters.

Heat from industrial cogeneration is used entirely by the brick factory being introduced in the production process . Electricity is used partly by the brick factory fully insuring the necessary of technological power and the excess is delivered in the national grid .
C. The object of the project: Construction of a cogeneration system high efficiency Brick 2.2 Mw .
Estimated project : 2.1 million Euro
Heat from industrial cogeneration is used entirely by the brick factory being introduced in the production process . Electricity is used partly by the brick factory, BCA ensuring full technological power and excess is delivered in the national grid .
Projects from A and B have signed contracts funding the EC funds (which provide about 40% of grant funds ) but need preliminary funding .
