Romanian company Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP) completed, in January, the second 4.5 metres and 450 ton bridge floor slab hauling operation of Yavuz Sultan Selim bridge. Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge will be inaugurated on October 29, 2015 and it is the widest bridge in the world, with a width of 59 meters and will also have the highest lateral towers in the world, reaching 322 meters in height.
GSP provides integrated services for offshore oil and gas industry in several areas: offshore, marine construction, hydro construction, and marine transport, search and rescue at sea, intervention in case of pollution and training. During ten years of existence, the company has invested over a billion Euros and has developed international projects in the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, North Sea, Persian Gulf, Gulf of Mexico and the Arctic areas.
